Scope and Purpose of the General Conditions of the Store

 

The present General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions that govern the provision of the Online Shop Service of the Termas de S. The respective shipping costs will be your responsibility.

 

7.2. After receiving the return on Termas SPS you will receive a new product, voucher or return of the value by the same payment method used (depending on the situation).

 

7.3. When NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. The refund is made up to 14 days after receiving the will of free resolution and the receipt of the return of the property.

Complaints

The complaint must be filed within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems of the Termas SPS which shall decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, from the date of its receipt.

 

Applicable law

The Contract is governed by Portuguese law.
